Yes, Amex is way behind on reporting...two months I think. Is this a FCRA violation, I say yes, maybe. They're updating balances which are inaccurate.

Well, my vote is 'yes'. lol.

I'd dispute my balance to get it corrected to the zero it really has been for weeks now, but last time I tried correcting anything about my AmEx, TU deleted the account completely (not a bad thing, since they seem to factor charge cards into util no matter what - having it disappear from TU actually helped that score).

Still, not gonna risk the others deleting it in a similar fashion!

Heck, no - I'm not THAT fussy, MV!  lol.

But it IS exasperating to be in the sort-out-my-credit-reporting-picture stage of things and have my blasted AmEx dragging down my scores by showing a $623.00 balance from frigging APRIL instead of the zero it actually is (and was at May's reporting time).  Argh.

(edited for typos - sheesh, I'm getting sloppy.  Or need new glasses.  Again.)
