Lol. They changed the way you pick quarterly categories now and for the life of me I can't figure it out. The emails say to login and click your cash+ account and click rewards, but I've done it 1000 times and there is no reward options..

Just today, on one of my cards, I got an email with a button. You login and it takes you to a page like the old one (i.e. nothing like the Rewards Center). There is a statement about stuff being in transition but it looks like for now you need the email. With the old system, I could quickly select for both my Cash +
Doesn't do anything. Even the email I received today sends me to the normal USbank login, I login and see my normal accounts. The cash+ account doesn't have a rewards account button for me. If I click my other account, I believe altitude, it does have a rewards page but that card doesn't allow you to pick categories, it takes you to a rewards page that shows your rewards and cash out. The Cash+ account isn't showing me a rewards option. I've even downloaded the app but it asks for a mobile number and I refuse to give any company my personal mobile number.
It works for me when I log in through a web browser. From main dashboard, click "View Rewards" link. Next click "Redeem Rewards" blue button. That brings you to the Rewards Dashboard and you can select from there. Mine worked that way and also have the confirmation email.

Thanks, somehow I missed the Redeem Rewards step (which doesn't make too much sense but OK!)
It says:
You have the option to change your selection if desired
which I first thought meant, like Elan, that selections are sticky until changed but I don't think that is the case
I was messing with it last night on the app and managed to find them somehow. It is doable from the app.
The top account is my cash+ card. Where am I supposed to click?
Choose a credit card I would guess.
Just a heads up, if this applies. If you did a PC to the Cash+ from another card like I recently did with the Shopper's Cash card, it's a disaster of a transition to being able to set your categories. It took nearly two quarters before I was able to select them and the first quarter I had with the card I had to call in to have customer service manually select them for me. All is fine now, but it was a pain.
It's a bit unintuitive, but basically you log into the US Bank app, click your credit credit card, click on the "Rewards" tab, then click on the blue "Redeem Rewards" button, then click on the "More ways to redeem and earn" from the pop up menu (see imgur link below for pics).
It actually didn't work for me yesterday since the selection window technically wasn't open, but I just updated my next categories from the app so it works now.
