So I been using the cash+ for a couple weeks and it seems good. However the site and app seem horrible so far. For example, in the app I can't activate some notifications and some like purchase notifications turn themselves off. On the website I can't delete messages and most importantly when I try to redeem rewards I get a endless loading screen. Do anyone else experience this problem? Any tips to correct them?
Yea the app is bad.
They need to redo that and their website as well.
It's ridiculous that a major bank would have problems like this.
I don't have any issues with app or website.
Website isn't exactly a marvel of modern technology, but it works just fine.
What you're describing sounds more like a problem with devices you are using.
Their app and website were very recently redesigned. I definitely have no issues using either the website or the app. The sole two things I could nitpick about are that the statement closing dates are not in an obvious location, and that while Cash+ rewards balances appear in the app I don't see any way to actually redeem them on the app (this feature was recently added to Altitude Reserve, so it may be coming to Cash+ unless I am just missing it). I know where to find the former, and I redeem rewards on the website anyway so the latter doesn't even apply to me.

Same for me, no issues with the app or website. It is not fancy but it is functional.
Endless loading of a website might be a browse issue, have you tried clearing the cookies or cache?

You might want to try a different browser. Sometimes that works for me when websites are glitchy.





No issues since they recently redesigned their app. I barely use their website (or any of them) but never really had any issues.

Their APP needs a real phone number to sign on, since I am stuck overseas, google voice is not working with US Bank.
I can NOT use chrome on the PC for the past couple of weeks, the sign-on page just won't show up, might need some tweaking on Chrome or whatever.
Have to Edge browser on PC to sign-on US bank

Have to use sign-on US bank with Edge browser.
Might be an IP security thing if you are outside the united states. If Edge doesn't work get a cheap VPN and login from the U.S.
