How long before receiving Marriott Rewards Card?

I got approved on Dec.14 I know that usually Chase will expedite the card if asked. But They have told me with the Marriott card it has to go through verification with Marriott first. How long does this process usually take? Anyone with firsthand personal experience with this? I mean the wait wont kill me but I am eager to get the card and start trying to meet the spending for my bonus. Thanks

I believe it took about two weeks if I recall correctly.

Congrats @Anjailo! I recently was approved as well! It usually takes at least 10 business days from when the account shows up online. I had been told the same exact thing regarding expediting the card. For some reason there is a partner verification that can not be rushed. I had even called the EO as I was leaving on an international trip and wanted to have the card for spending. Hopefully you get yours soon!

They have to create or link your existing Marriott account. Takes 2 weeks to get this card.

As soon as I was approved for the card I called the backdoor numbers and asked for the cards to be expedited.  I got them in less than a week.  I think it was 2 days.  If you don't do that if will take about average I say 5 days.  They state that it will take 7-10 busniess days; but as soon as you are approved they send it in the mail.  I would request expedite and they have no problem doing it for you.  I got my Chase Marriott Rewards Premeir and Chase Sapphire Preferred Card like that and it only took 2 days.  Hope this helps and welcome to the Chase family.

I had a Marriott reward account set up when I applied and it still took 10 days give or take to get the card.  I did call to get it expedited and they said on that particular card that wasn't available.  I dont know if I got bad info on that or not but that's what I was told.

First Chase product, United, took over a week with Thanksgiving. Expedite is your friend.  SoCal resident.

All Marriott/Ritz have to go through verification(with marriott) whether or not you have account or not with them.. Takes approximately 10 days for that to happen then the card can be expedited. Marriott/Ritz is definitely Chase's slowest card to be mailed.
