I have a Capital One Quicksilver credit card with $3000 credit line, opened in 2021.
My balanced has been at 90% utilization for the past 12 months.
I will pay it off in full this month.
After I payoff my balance, will I be eligible for a credit line increase?
How long should I wait before requesting a credit line increase?
How much of an increase should I request?

I would wait until the statement closes with a zero balance.
beaware that cap 1 pulls old credit reports say 2 months old i would wait a couple of months until they have your most recent one. As for increases they arent known to give out a lot say a couple of hundreds but some have got more
Both my cards are stuck at 1400 for over a year dont have much use for them disc, amex and recently wells fargo seem to like me more
I'd wait 2-3 months because as mentioned above, they use two-month old softpulls (SPs) when evaluating your CLI request. They don't do a real-time SP. You can ask for as much as you want, but they'll only approve you for whatever they feel comfortable with (if they feel like giving you anything at all).
