How long should I wait?

I just got Amex skymiles this week. I want 1 or 2 more cards to replace my Cap1 and Orchard. How long should I wait before apping again? I definitely don't want to scare Amex!!!

I think you would be okay to apply for 1 or 2 accounts now. as long as your not maxing them out.

If you have low utlization across the board, you should be fine for one or two more without spooking Amex.  I wouldn't push it beyond that, though.
