Jackie...My scores only a few points above yours..my enquiries: EQ is 54 ..TR over 30 and EX at 26...went zero to 60 mph since last June. (580s or so June 2014) Buried negatives w positive lines...ton of medical debt... Falling off soon..ones I could not pay....ramen diet last 6 years..)Car loan n secured started credit rebuild..thank you Ally bank for 5.99 % last June. Been a journey n don't care about enquiries to date...didn't follow go easy route..paid n paid n paid...those that sent to sleezy collections and would not accept humble payments...I buried w positive CLs...been rough n poor diet journey..but no BKs n paying what I owed. PROUD. ..last six years personally paid back a ton of medical due to VF. Still working through a few..but did not keep me from apping...started out at over a 100k in medical debt...down to 15k..who does this?? Most likely would BKd. .decided not to...as my debts are my own...for me to pay...my bills..my income and no AU to help on rebuild journey...who counts enquiries?? Really? Is it not the "journey and life path" that brought us all here today? Ty Fico forum for my baby steps of paying back as I rebuild with your life experiences. ..feel blessed.

I'm trying to understand the effect hard pulls have. My last one costs Mr 10 points on my score.
I plan to buy a house next year. I could either finance a nice house or pay for a fixer upper in full.
I'm trying to figure out what's a normal average hard pull count and how these effect my score and mortgage application if I were to apply.
