A few months ago, I bought stuff through the portal for PetSmart and I believe I saw Target there as well. Today, they're both gone! Pretty sad because I just got the CFU and both stores are five minutes away from me. I was planning to buy everything online through the portal and pick things up in store for free shipping. 
Can I expect them to come back? How often do they "switch it up?"
Unfortunately, I only have Chase at the moment :/ New to credit cards so the UR card I "have" is as an AU and I've got a Chase Amazon.

Two alternatives: Use cashback monitor to find other portals (not so useful if you really want URs, but still):

(Nothing too great today, but the rewards are in addition to whatever your credit card earns). FWIW, the pretty similar Petco seems to get better discounts, and that is available through Chase (but may not be near you).

For certain stores, consider discounted gift cards. Again, you only earn URs on the purchase of the card, but discounts can be significant.

Do you have a favorite airline or hotel you'd like to earn miles/points with? Those can work with any CC.
