So I had 2 walmart cards, and paid both off on the exact same day at the same time. This was abount a month ago. A day or two goes by and one of the balances was reported as 0. The other one still has the previous balance on it. Anyone know how often they report to agencies?

Walmart will not report if no statement has been cut so I'm willing to bet when you paid
One was a statement cut and the other you just paid early

Agree with myjourney on Walmart not reporting if you have a 0 balance. What I usually do to have Walmart report is pay 1 or 2 dollars over my balance. Walmart won't report -2 or -1 balance but they will report a 0 balance. As far as reporting timeline, my due date is on the 12th and Walmart reports to agencies 10 days later on the 22nd.
Since Walmart is so slow with processing charges and occasionally report early, I avoid using card between the 12th (due date) and the day my statement cuts which is typically the 22nd.
