How can I find out my bankcard score?

Only one that I know of is Wamu.com. They give it free to all credit card member each month. Mine runs about 7 points higher than my classic score.

Hurm, well, I'm not going to apply for a Wamu card just to get that.

Does anyone know how the bankcard is constructed relative to regular FICO?

The bankcard score is not available to the public unless you have a WaMu card, and even then you only get a monthly snapshot from one bureau (either TU or EX).

The bankcard-enhanced FICO has a range of 250-900, in contrast to the Classic FICO range of 300-850.  It is scored the same as the Classic FICO, except that bankcard accounts (major CCs) are given more weight in the scoring algorithm.

If you have several CC accounts in good standing and with good history, but lots of baddies on installment loans, for example, your bankcard-enhanced FICO will likely be higher than your Classic FICO, and vice versa.

To make it more confusing do we even know what credit scores lenders want to see with bankcard scores? When they refer 660 I believe they are talking about Classic FICO.

Juni also have bankcard scores but its not very accurate at all.

my bankcard is 740 and my classic is 727.  so it's usually a little higher.  there is a website. www.bankcard.com.  not sure if you can get scores but it gives alot of info on loans, etc.

It's not always higher.  It could be higher or lower, depending entirely on one's profile.

well put it this way then.  mine is always higher and has been for 4 years.  I can only give input on my personal experience which is what i did.

To increase the confusion, the score range on the bankcard scores is 250 - 900, which is spread out more broadly than the "classic" FICO range of 350 - 850. So that is one reason why many people's PFICO (bankcard) scores run a little higher --there's a higher ceiling. And I asked, and no--there's not a handy conversion formula.

Another is that the bankcard score focuses more on CC history and usage. If you've been handling them well, even if you're a bit weak over on the mortgage and installment side, that will tilt the score up a bit.
