How to Get Info on an Inquiry

I noticed a hard inquiry on my Equifax report from Elan Financial Services in March 2013, but don't recall applying for anythng.  All the other inquiries on my report I remember, have obvious creditors (Chase, Amex, etc), and have phone numbers.  This one doesn't have a phone number, the only one.

How can I figure out what this was for?

Re: How to Get Info on an Inquiry

I would call Equifax customer service, and see if they can give full details.
