How to go about product changing a NFCU card and is there a HP or what?

I got a Cash Rewards with $25,000 limit at Navy Federal right now and want to product change to the Flagship rewards. Can I do that via the Live Chat on the website or do I need to call or something? And is there a hardpull or anything since the Flagship has higher underwriting standards? Am I able to transfer the whole 25k limit from my Cash Rewards to a Flagship? And will this show as a new account on my credit reports?

And one last question, when and how is the $49 annual fee charged to me?

I recently converted my Cash Rewards to Flagship. I sent a SM and the conversion was almost immediate. The card number stayed the same as my Cash Rewards - even the CVV stayed the same. The $49 af posted to my card 3 days later. There is no hard pull and the entire CL transfers from your old card to the new. This does not show as a new account as the acct number stays the same as your Cash Rewards card. Enjoy the Flagship Rewards. I love them and they accumulate quickly!!!

I ended up calling them, super easy. Just asked my first last name, birthday and last 4 of social security and she told me the APR would be .85% higher then my Cash Rewards, which is fine since I always PIF.

And to the person asking, i want the Flagship to take advantage of the rewards, don't care about geting the CLI any higher then 25k at this time. I only make about 31-32k a year, i'm still shocked they instant approved my CLI a few months back from 5k to the full 25k with a soft pull on a 31k annual income.

I guess if im honest to myself Navy Fed is probably the one true cc product i would like to test the waters maybe in 2017.
