Denial reason you listed is actually straight from CRA.
If you look at your negative reason codes for that particular scoring model you will see that it's there.
Just because it's listed on a denial does not mean that that's the reason behind it.
Lenders are sometimes "honest" and will give you close-to-truth reason, followed by listing CRA pulled and negative reason codes associated with it.
Others will deny and list codes without anything else since they are only required to provide a reason not the reason.
If I were you, I'd look at your depository relationship with WF (their honest denials will sometimes reference low funds), income, recency of accounts etc.
