Recently noticed the Voice luv button online, anyone tried it? Hard or soft pull? Thanks!!

Me and my wife both have Huntington cards and have had them for 10 years or so. Got them when they first came out with the voice card. Up until about 2 years ago if I called to see about a cli and was always told it would be a hp and hang up. I had only had 1 auto cli 7-8 years. Then I called about 2 years ago and the rep told me that they starting doing sp for cli. (It was about the time they switched to using transunion). I was told max of 1 cli every 6 months. I have twice sense called in for cli ( 1 for each card) and have always ask just to make sure and they told me it was a soft pull. ( Credit reports have been frozen anyways ) My wife tried the online love button when she noticed it and it was a soft pull but it didn't seem like the cli was as generous as calling in. Hope that helps.

That Huntington CLI button is nice. Of my cards, if there even is a button, it certainly isn't advertised in enticing green text.

Thanks for the replies. I did call and was told it is a soft. I guess i don't meet the criteria though because I got 3-5 day message lol. Probably because of limited usage of the current limit...

Keep your fingers crossed, 3-5 don't always mean denied. Keep an eye on your account you might get a suprise in a few days.

No kidding, it's usually burried in some sub-menu of another menu and certainly not "advertised". If it even works at all (looking at you FNBO).

Login, select your account and its right there under Account Information. I also see it on the mobile app.

Well I finally received the letter...totally slipped my mind that I had received an auto cli in December 2022. Guess I will give it another shot in a couple months...
