Re: I cannot get approved for any credit card

What are the recent baddies on your report and how recent are they?  Wht cards are you trying to apply for?  No offense but you definitely won't get Amex with those scores.  Improving your scores is kinda like trying to eat an elephant the best way.  One spoonful at a time.

Re: I cannot get approved for any credit card

You might be able to get a secured card like the one Bank of America offers. It's optimal to paying all sorts of made up fees by subprime CCCs.

You could try prequalifying on the BoA website.

Re: I cannot get approved for any credit card

Yeah it looks like you tried to mask your phone number by using that (999) area code but you missed that last one. Personally, I would just put in (555) 555-5555.

As far as the credit card issue. Are you saying that you can't be apporved because of the fraud alert status on your account or have you been given other reasons? I know that I have 4 cards and have high util on them but otherwise my credit is good. Up until recently I thought it didn't matter because my income is so much higher than the balances I owe on the cards so who cares if I opt to keep high balances and just pay it down 200 when I need to spend 200 on the card. Obviously I know this is wrong now. But I have been denied recently because of this high util.

Are you trying to get a first card? If you have a card(s) already does it (they) have high util?

Re: I cannot get approved for any credit card

If the fraud alert is the issue I would go to BoA (bank of america) or Capital one or chase at the actual locations and apply. This fraud alert migh be keeping you from getting online approval

Re: I cannot get approved for any credit card

Source a fraud alert on your file will prevent you from getting credit without a photo id. Call to see why you were declined. Usually you will receive written notice. BTW the Chase freedom etc.. tht your are going for, you will not get with those scores...FWIW
