My mom and dad both got Discover cards within the last few months, and I just found out that if you apply through the Amazon portal you get a $50 gift card upon approval! Oh man a wasted $100 oh well!

Alternatively you can get $50 from refer a friend, found in the discover portal.

AFAIK, you won't get the 0% intro APR if you get the Amazon signup. One or the other, I believe.
