The only person in credit history to willingly take an EX pull over EQ.
are you kidding, if we weren't on computer where you can't tell what I type is a joke I would say how I feel about EQ!
While Equifax was difficult to work with and I eventually had to get the CFPB involved, I'd much rather take an inq on EQ (or TU) than EX.

well after working with 2 different EO people and the other department to shorten my file I think my score is worse now and despite that they say the reporting dates have not re-aged or effected my accounts I don't believe it for a second and EX and TU do NOT do that on my credit reports with them and my reports are much higher and I don't get denied for "recent" delinquencies and such usually but EQ just continues to set the way in doing things their own way and "Welcome you to talk to the bankruptcy court if you feel something is not correct" very well knowing the bankrupcty court does not get involved with credit reporting.
im mad now just talking about it.... im done with it. it is what it is and i just hope they loose some more lawsuits by people that are able to find a lawyer that will take the case for winnings only on payment or are able to pay for them becasue they do very wrong things and get away with it but I can't fight it anymore so i will just pretent they don't exist for now.
Have you filed a complaint with the CFPB about their misreporting?
