I paid off 3 of my credit cards but I feel like I could be raising my credit if I put a subscription like Netflix, Paramount and another for each card and put it on autopay. Will this help me even though the card would never carry a balance? I would always pay in full monthly.

That's not how scores work. The two biggest factors that affect your scores are payment history, and revolving account balances. If you're new to credit there's nothing you can do to speed up the age your payment history, you just have to allow time to do its thing.
You can increase your scores by practicing AZE0 with your reported balances (lots of threads on the forum about it). There is a score penalty for all revolving accounts reporting zero.
You could get more specific advice if you could share some more detail.
