Give them a call. They will either need to ask verification questions to approve you, or possibly explain that your second app was too soon after the first one and isn't being considered. (I've received that message after requesting a cli too soon afterthe previous request.)

Good luck! They will usually approve or deny you over the phone once the verification is complete.

I just called and was approved. What a thrill! I asked many questions, but it was worth. I helped a lot of store credit cards. It's good to have a second chance and I will be very respondable with my credit. Yay!!!
