It's like the blind leading the blind out there. Really seems like such a simple thing to correct, but I guess not.
Hey don't bother with the dispute, I already did this with both Experian, TU and EQ and each one of them came back verified that the incorrect balance was valid. I was stunned! Even with my credit card and bank statement that I provided showing the $0 balance and the payments clearing from the bank, they said the reporting was correct. The CFPB would have a field day with these bureaus because obviously there is no real investigation and that alone told me the whole process is automated and no one really looks at these disputes.

I will end up closing this account ..
all my credit card report every 30 days, but this one crazy ....
It's not worth closing the accounts cos it won't resolve the issue. Think about it - if they can't correctly report or update your balances promptly with the bureaus, surely when you close the account they are not gonna report the closed status either. Even if they do, who is tell how long it'll take them. I'll say just wait it out. I paid mine off since January and it's April yet nothing. @911gt34life
CFPB doesn't work either the solutions waiting .
.after speaking to them they suggest getting attorney but that's a waste of money

This happened to me last year... went January-June (I think) with no updates. My December balance lingered, and I couldn't risk applying for anything new until July because of high utilization. When Imprint finally updated, all prior months were reported at once.
I've had my Turkish Airlines card since August 2024, and I've only observed this inconsistent reporting behavior during the first half of the year. During July to December, my statement closing details appear on all 3 credit reports by the 16th of every month.

My last update was January 1 and seem next update is June that January
This is a perfect Scenario for A lawsuit...
The best part is the credit bureaus. Don't even know how to investigate ..

Final update
for anybody out there looking to update which I just did.
1. call customer service
2. tell them to transfer you to the dispute department and then they will file dispute to get a credit report updated...

@911gt34life My IMPRINT Turkish Airlines card reported today with the April balance. Check yours. This is the same pattern I reported earlier in the thread... no updates for the first part of the yaer and then monthly updates through December. Let's see if it repeats.
Now that I know the pattern, I don't mind having a personal card that doesn't report for several months out of the year as long as it's frozen at $0 balance and not nearly maxed out.
Key takeaway: Pay off your Imprint cards for your December statement or risk being stuck with that balance reporting for several months.
