I have it and it is okay. It is a monthly puller, and it is an Intersections product. Intersections has the same service for alot of other banks (Bank of America, WaMu, Household, Wachovia...just to name a few). As a matter of fact, my wife decided to try Bank of America's product, which turned out to be exactly the same, with the exception of it beingan every three month puller. I also use NC Identity Protect, which is a TrueCredt product, and the layout is MUCH better than Citi's layout. The only reason I am keeping the Citi product is because I only pay $4.95 a month.

Wow. Only $4.95/mo? How did you pull that off?

And thanks for chiming in. Smiley Happy

Hello Sylvia,    Sorry ... I am late to join in this thread, because I came home late.

Yes, I do have this service ... Online, not in paper ...  and I am happy with this service.   It was $9.95/mo and when I call them to cancel the service, they reduce it $6.95/mo since October, 07'.   What I really love about their service are Analyzer and Alert system.   This service provide you a new CR every 30 days.   Until then, you can review your CR any time you want to without any charge.

Analyzer:
1. You can select the EQ/EP/TU.
2. Choose from 6 simulations with multiple scenarios.
I always use "Create a custom scenario" ... In this way,
a) You can add new inq by choosing the inq type.
b) You can add new acct by choosing the acct type and CL amount.
c) You can change the balance to the amount you want individually(each acct).
d) You can change the CL.
e) You can also change the scenario status .... like ... late 30 days/60 days, closed.
f)  Click "Calculate What if?"  after you changed information on each acct.
g)  Then you will see "Estimate Impact" of number with + or - sign.
h) You can click "Reset" and play with it over and over.

* I am depending on this Analyzer to see does my score goes-up or goes-down.

Alert System;   This service is really quick!

You should try this for 30 days to see you are going to like it or not.  Then you can call for cancel if you don't want to keep it.  It does not hurt your CR for just trying the product/service.  They might give you a discount ....

Hello gomab2k4,
How did you get that special price?   Good deal !!  Smiley Wink
Let me call after they open .... I want to ask to give me the same $4.95 !

Re: IdentityMonitor® from Citi®

Gosh bunnyrabbit, thanks SO much for your post! you gave a GREAT description of the product. I can't wait to try it out. And good idea of threatening to cancel if they don't lower the score. Kind of like what you do with HSBC on a cli! LOL.

You can do a LOT of stuff with it on the Analyzer. EXP's Triple Advantage offers nothing like that.

If it performs like I think it will, I'm going to like it. Smiley Happy

Thanks again!

Re: IdentityMonitor® from Citi®

You're welcome Sylvia and everyone.   I just got off the phone with Citi Identity Montor Customer Service, they told me Reg monthly fee is $12.95 and My monthly fee is very special and not many people have that low rate.  yeaaaaaaaaay! Smiley Very Happy  I hope it is true.

gomab, they said you must be an employee to get that very low rate.

Re: IdentityMonitor® from Citi®

You do not have to be an employee, because I am not employed by Citi. I think it is a promotion rate that they call their "employee plan".

Re: IdentityMonitor® from Citi®

I had it, but I think $12.95 is too much for something that I can only pull monthly.  I got the same service through Costco for $7.49 or so.
