What the 'burning' was.

What the rest of your credit profile looks like.

I burned Lowes, Amazon, and Discover in a BK7 and almost 5yrs later still can't get an approval or prequalification offers. Alwasy declined with a "Current status of prior Discover account or "unsatisfactory past obligation with us". Something along those lines. However, I do have a current Venmo and PayPal Mastercard CC issued by SYNCB.

I burned Discover in 2008 and got back with them in 2019....It took a while and CLI were slow, I am at $13k with them now

I burned Sync (Lowe's and Care Credit) and Discover in my BK7 almost 3-1/2 years ago now. Any time I check the prequal page on either, I am auto denied.

I've seen people get back in with all those  although sometimes it takes a while.
