OP- Great job

All it makes me wonder is would you be over 800 if that 1 card was down a bit.

What is your avg age, oldest account and mix.
Seems obvious you have zero late payments- Mortgage? Installment loans?

Avg age = 5 years.  Oldest acct was opened 10 years ago.  I have the following: a BofA cc (17,000 CL - 566 Bal), HSBC cc (3500 CL - 2800 bal), Cap 1 (2000 CL - 0 bal), Macys cc (1950 CL - 0 bal), and an Express cc (500 CL - 0 bal).   I have no mtg, but a ton of installment accounts (some open, some closed).  The installment accounts are mostly student loans.  The closed ones are consolidated loans whereas the open ones represent my current student loans.

I have an anomaly that's going away.  I never get them on my cheek.  That's what I get for saying never.
