My significant other has an Intrust Bank credit card and was trying to add me as an authorized user on the account. After 2 months and quite a bit of paperwork, he called again today and is now told that Intrust Bank does not allow authorized users on credit card accounts. We would have to apply for a new joint credit card- losing the age of this account that is about 12 years old.
Is there anyone out there that has an Intrust Bank Credit Card that has authorized users?
I am trying to figure out if the Intrust Bank customer center actually knows what they are talking about.
