That's what I see on the "Manage your Best Buy Credit Card site". I think if you had the old Circuit City - > Best Buy card it never got rolled over to Capital One.
Well, unfortunately no luck trying to register my Capital One card on Citi's site.
I called to check the balance of my BBY RZMC. It said the balance and credit won't be updated until Sept. 10 due to account changes. I didn't say it 's transferred to Citi.

My concern is that with me being in the "rebuilding" stage of my credit journey, that Citi will close my account even though it has the most usage and never late and always pay sooner than the 18 mos, have never paid interest on it.
Just hoping they keep it open and active, and maybe, just maybe, it will open a door in the future for an actual Citi card......last time I had anything with them was my Sears card years ago....was late a few times but did get it paid off and I closed it out afterwards - not them.
Here's hoping

The site now says that the Cap1 site is read only for all, and Sept 9th we can register with Citi:

Thanks for the info. I think I have to wait until next week. Everything goes through.
