Is TrueEarnings going away?

Costco Canada broke up with Amex, and from what I understand it's only a matter of time before that happens in the US.

What will happen with our TE cards? Will they be closed or will they be PC'd?

It's a shame because TE is the only Amex CB card with a dining category.

I was actually wondering this myself because i have a sears mc through citi so what happens if sears goes out of business? Can you pc your TE card to anotheer?
