"AMERICAN EXPRESS 2" should be the account review inquiries. Looks like older ones have been removed. "AMEX" ones are when I applied for new accounts.
I am not sure why Experian is keeping inquiries older than 2 years on your report. I see, the screenshot was probably taken in April.
