Is it possible to get BoA to reallocate CLs on multiple BoA cards w/o HP?

Has anyone had any success in getting BoA to reallocate CLs across multiple BoA cards, without a HP?  Or is it always a HP regardless?  I also tried searching the forum for previous posts on this subject, but have unable to find anything on the subject despite searching.

HP regardless, especially across several accounts.  So, if you are using one card with more moderate usage, pick the one where you can shift/reallocate CLs from two (or 3) others.  It's all YEMV, but be sure to discuss your actions with a BOA analyst since you can end up with 2 HPs.

Last week I moved my entire Fidelity Amex over to my BBR account and closed my Fidelity. There was no hp.
