Is there a thread for Cap1 CLIs?

I couldn't find an active one like Discover.

I'm way overdue for attempting a CLI with them. I'm not sure how to answer the questions like: "how much will you spend on this card a month? Umm probably not much more than usual but I'm not going to tell them that!

There is no thread for Cap-1 like Discover, they are not really liked here as anything but a rebuilder. Looks like they are cracking down further on giving CLI with that question it used to be how much will you spend on credit cards in a month and not specific. I dont even bother asking them anymore I just keep it around for occasional use or BT when they cough up special deals. Its my lowest limit card where nearly everything else is well north of 5K...

yes there are increases. every so often it asks for income updates and such. if you dont ask for one they auto do it at a lazy pace of 7 or so months.
