Is this APR good??

I just got an email to apply for a Premier Bankcard with what I think is an excellent rate. Plus the yearly $95 fee, charged on a monthly basis. I have an itchy app finger..

(This is a joke, obviously. I have cards with good CL from most of the major banks)

Has anyone ever seen a worse APR on a card?

@GMCTexas  That was very funny. As I was reading it, I already knew what I was going to say in my reply post. But then I got to the end of your post where you said it was a joke. Too funny. And to answer your question, that is the worst APR that I have ever seen.
