I spoke with a supervisor who insisted she can do it, but at the cost of a HP.   I just need to go ahead and pull the plug on this Simplicity that I do not use -  I hate to lose a card with a $15,000 CL, but I just have no use for the darn thing.

Update - Called EO office - ended up being transferred to a young woman who was very pleasant - gave me her direct line and everything - but said the same thing the first supervisor said.   I am just going to  close the Simplicity.  I have an offer for a soft-pull CLI request on the TYP, which I might go ahead with and pull after the Simplicity has been closed for a while.
