DW got a flyer in the mail yesterday advertising it... the only thing that Google found was an article regarding the cards roll out this summer.
Offering 60 month zero interest for various home improvement projects through the "new" JCPenny Home Services department.
Any idea what bank is issuing the card? Is it Synch or someone else? Any data points yet?
... might have to throw DW out of the garden next month... 
It should be backed by Synchrony Financial . If you go to my sychrony, youll see them talking about home services . I need to go put a charge on my Pennies
