JetBlue Targeted Offers

I've really enjoyed my last few flights with JetBlue and am going to try and make them my primary airline.  When I log into their site for rewards there's always banner ads for their credit card.  Through google searching I found and read about a JetBlue Plus card that's a bit better on rewards with a small annual fee.

My question is whether or not JetBlue sends targed offers to customers?  Should I wait for a good offer for the Plus in my mailbox or is that not something they do?

Right now there are targeted offers going around but only for those that already have the card. Where you spend so much in the next few months and they'll give you bonus points. But for the bonus points, Barclays almost never changes their offers. I think 30k points is the best you'll see...it's been the same offer ever since the card came out.
