NP, take a look at the AMEX Everyday card. 10k bonus points on signup, 15 months at 0% APR, plus you get in with AMEX for the purposes of backdating and you can use the 3x CLI to increase your CL/decrease your utility. And, since its an AMEX card, it works Costco!

You can use any AMEX card. I usually use my BCP. The Costco one may give better rewards, but as you're looking for 0% APR, that isn't the deciding factor.
