That used to be a good way to get a cli. Of course, I didn't know anything about cli's. I maxed out my cards and, with interest, went over my limits many times.
I did it out of sheer stupidity.
As Al Bundy says - they have a lot of nerve expecting me to pay for stuff I bought 10 years ago.
