Kohl's CLI request only every 6 months

when I hit the Kohl's luv button,  I get the message that my request can't be processed and to call customer service. I did and the rep thought I could only be considered for a CLI every 6 months and since I emailed them July 6 and was declined for an increase, I can't be considered again until January. I will try to show it some use for the holidays and see what happens.

Not true.  I've had two increases and the first was at 6 months (because I didn't know better) and the second was 4 months later.  The rep told me that you can request "anytime" and for me mine were both instant, split second approvals.  I'm trying again in October.

They told me the same thing, but yesterday was my 4th statement cut, and they tripped my CL.

thanks, Mom. If I get in the mood I will call them and find out the real deal why they can't process a cli request!
