Just got an offer on my Kohl's Visa card. Spend $50 outside of Kohl's before September 17 get $15 back in Kohl's cash. I haven't used the card outside of Kohl’s yet. The offer was in my email.

Slow website, finally got what I wanted into checkout..but no $10 discount. I closed the app without buying anything and left it all sitting in the cart. Kohl's can worry about it. I had made sure there weren't any exceptions specified in the $10 offer. I'm done playing price games with companies. 😊

I've had difficulties using coupons at Kohl's on the app in the past and then gone online and the offer has worked. It's extra work so might not be worth it to you but it's a possibility.
