Kroger (& Affiliates) Rewards card - multiple cards?

Thinking of applying for the Kroger mastercard again. Anyone have multiple of these cards (say, Kroger+Kroger or Kroger+QFC)? Are SUBs also repeatable?

Does US Bank enforce 1-2/12 and 0-1/6 rule for these cards?

I'm also curious about this. I assume that it's strict because US Bank is running the show. Question is, is it US Bank strict? Elan strict? Or somewhere in between.
