I recently just learned of these cards, and the 5% mobile wallet on two of these would (mostly) fill the final hole in our 5% cash back lineup. To have $6K in what amounts to uncategorized spend with mobile wallets, combined with the mobile wallet quarter of Disco would pretty much optimize our lineup as well as possible.
My question is if the underwriting is as strict as on these as it is on core US Bank cards, or they are little more lenient like on the Elan cards? We are both 2/12, but I'm 1/6 and she is 2/6.
We were both approved with similar profiles on Elan MCPs, but I'm curious if others have had similar success with these cards.
These cards are on my radar as well. Need to wait a few more months through.
It's worth pointing out that you might want to look at all of them as some have SUBs. I'm a little suprised that these cards don't get more attention here.

Not only SUBs, but some have additional rewards, e.g. Marianos and Harris Teeter also give 3% off dining and fuel ($6K cap), with a SUB but not the gas offer
I would definitely be most interested in the variants with the SUB. The fuel rewards really wouldn't work us as both Krogers in our area are out of our way to drive to regularly.
I agree too that I'm surprised these cards don't get more attention. The 5% digital wallet, 3% dining and gas cards are pretty awesome for a lot of people with less optimized card lineups. We would only use the 5% digital wallet category, but with the $100 SUB and rewards earning of $150 per year, it's definitely a worthwhile card to have.
Just cold app'd for the Harris Teeter one a few minutes ago. Presently a US Bank customer in good standing pulled TU was 775 at the time. 1/24. Gave me a 500CL toy limit. Just for reference my Cash+ is 2000CL so US Bank may only like giving me low limits.
Apparently they're geofenced to states with Kroger stores in them but if you are in a state with one of their brands it looks like you can apply for any one in the collection. I'm nowhere near HT but have Kroger brand stores nearby so I guess that allowed me to bypass the geofence, even if it was for a paltry limit.
I have never forgotten about these cards. But, for me, personally, right or wrong, I hate having a required password on my phone. So, I don't use digital wallets. But great cards for anyone who doesn't mind.

I think they don't get more attention because of reports of geofencing. I'm not near any of their stores.
From what I've seen on Reddit, $500 is a very common SL for these cards, regardless of how strong your profile is. I wouldn't apply for one with the idea of putting a large amount of spending on them.
I'm curious if there are DPs showing these cards have less strict underwriting than U.S. Bank core cards (probably with $500-ish SLs 😂).

I'm seeing 5% back on $3K in uncategorized mobile wallet spend, regardless of which Kroger credit card site I'm visiting. I live in a Ralphs area, so I wonder if that's restricting the offers I get.

The way I'm reading OP is he is referring to 6k as a couple with his SO combined so each 3k individually.
