Lack Of Data On Installment Accounts

Applied for an AMEX revolver and was declined. It was interesting that there was a reason listed as "Lack of recent data on installment accounts" and my student loans have been all messed up with reporting sicne the US Dept of Education changed their systems over.

I used to have one tradeline with all my loans wrapped in to one in it. Now its completely wiped from my Experian account and a new one has been put on there....It says "Reported Since 2007" but only shows one month of payment history in August 2011....so weird???

I dont know if this is agood tihng or a bad thing since there was actually some baddies on that account....what do you think? Should i try to dispute it or soemthing or just let it be?

I'd call the executive offices and see what they say!
