I recently left the garden to app for the Amex BCE.... They shocked me by approving for $13k.
My question is since I have left the garden temporarily, are their any other cards I should look into more?
My Currently utilization % is around 27-29% with nearly all of that on my WF card... ( 0% interest for a few more months )
I have as follows:
Chase Freedom and Freedom Unlimited ( considering combining both )
Cap One VentureOne ( Two of these, but will be combined after my next CLI on the lower limit card )
WF Rewards ( Was my highest limit pre-Amex )
Barclay Rewards
Discover IT
Paypal Extras MC ( considering closing, limit hasn't changed since opening )
Merrickbank ( one of my rebuilders i've held on to. But horrible APR... never used )
Emblem ( first rebuilding card I was given and oldest CC line. Not used but held for Age )
I would go back into the garden and let this one age a bit...maybe apply for something else three to six month from now.

No, I would go back in the garden. You have a nice line up of cards. What else are lookinf for? Rewards, Travel, etc.
Again, is there something you're looking for?
Not that you asked:
But I wouldn't combine F and FU. It's easy enough to administrate from one place. Your UR gather in one spot. I'd use the FU and SD the F if you don't feel like bothering with the catergories. Move limit from here to there if there's an arrangement that's more suitable to you. But I wouldn't close one. YMMV.
Personally I don't think you will get a SL similar to Amex because your ficos for EQ/TU are in the high 600s vs. EX 755. Unless you have high income, you may see another 5k SL if you go for the lenders that pull EQ/TU. So I guess the question is....will that be worthit for you? There are not many lenders out there who will pull strictly EX only.
