For the Auto loans were they or a bunch of them done within a few weeks of each other? if so my understanding is they usually count as 1

They count as 1 for FICO scoring purposes.  It does not mean that a potential creditor for a card or loan won't count them individually.

I have had recent new card approvals despite high inquiries (8-12).  Scores are in the 750-765 range, utilization before new approvals was around 12%, income moderately lower than yours.  Approvals were received from WaFd (where I also have several checking accounts for business, personal, estate and trusts), Bank Of America, Citi, CareCredit.  These 4 new approvals totaled $50,000.  The Bank Of America and Citi cards have 0% BT offers.

Personal Credit: | 5/21/2019 - $0 | 4/27/2023 - $160,200 |

Business Credit: | 5/21/2019 - $0 | 12/16/2019 - $70,000+ |

I'll tag @M_Smart007 as his data points make your 4-5 EQ and 10 TU/EX look like child's play!  He's a rock star!  Smiley Tongue  But he has managed to stay successful in overall approvals, so he may have some good tips.

* March 2023 approval posting  - 37 inquiries and 18/24 new accounts. 80+ open accounts. Smiley Surprised
