Have you received your card yet with your CL?  Could be wrong but I'm thinking what you have in your cart has little to do with your final CL.  Could be wrong...wouldn't be the first time or last time   My sp acceptance popped up at checkout and I did the same thing, removed everything but the membership which I'll cancel as soon as the card arrives.  Really was looking for one more TL, not concerned about AAoA but was unwilling to merely get another TL with a HP.  SP and the card, that I'll do.

With VS I went on one week the cl was 200 ... Went on a few days later 250... The forgot about it for area weeks and it was 350, shoulda waited a bit more lol

I can't seem to get the approval for the Sportsman Guide Visa. 

But Victoria's Secret gave me $750, and actually wouldn't let me view my cart until I accepted or declined the offer. At that point, I wasn't aware of the "shopping cart trick". That's when I decided to look up this pre-approval and found out it happens in other online stores too. Just got an approval for Express ($250) and Brylane Home ($250).

Just as a point of information, I didn't get a pop up for the Sportsman's Guide Visa until my score was 700+.

Highest limit yet with Comenity though so you'll get there eventually!

I just got approved for $500 from Loft, is it possible to call up and get a credit limit increase for the holidays?? Who would I call?

EQ like most of their cards, except VS which pulls Experian.

Yes, my initial CL was 2000.   I removed everything from the cart completely, made no purchases and got my card in the mail about 10 days later.  My wife also did this a few days ago, but I had her put about $5500 in the cart, it thought for a minute and said "approved" and prefilled the card #.. of course we then unloaded the cart and left the site. I'll update in a few days when her card is received on the CL.

Just an update.. wife got the card and the initial limit is $2000, even though it "allowed" the cart to have more in it upon check out.. wonder if, since we cleared the cart, is defaulted to 2K..

First I turned OFF my POP up blocker!! 

I just tried this and did VS, need to shop there for xmas anyway  I filled the cart, checked out as guest, and no pop up. I decided to apply since at this point my score is killed already at 584-601 and I am not repairing yet. I got 250 CL right away. My cart was for 200.00 but when you hit apply it opens a different tab so I don't even think my cart counted?? I had to enter the card info on the cart tab, it did not carry over. Just fyi. I used 3 codes I searched for and got free shipping, a free panty and a free makeup case with brushes. I did VERY well with this deal.
