I have capital one spark business, and an Amex gold card. Both are no preset spending so they require pay in full each month.
Looking for a card with maybe a zero percent for 6 months so I can carry a balance for those 6 months and have it paid off at the 6 month mark.
My lowest score is 750, highest is 780.

Welcome to the forums!
So you have dining/groceries covered with your Gold card, and a solid flat rate card in the Spark card.
What are you looking for as far as other needs go?
I'd jump right to saying a Discover It card would be a good fit for you, given your blank slate cardwise, since you haven't specified specific categories. You'd have 0% apr on purchases for 15 months, so way beyond your 6 months requirement. They double your cash for the first year, so that's 2% flat rate on everything, and then the primary usage of the 5% rotating categories (which will effectively be 10% for the first year). Starting July 1 that will be PayPal and Restaurants... the PayPal category will give you 10% back on a huge number of things online because of that first year bonus (up to $1500 spend, but past that you will still get the 2%).
Your scores are in the sweet spot for Discover, so you should be a slam dunk. They're a great card to start a wallet building journey with, though you may find you outgrow them long-term (I discovered that the more I diversifed the less I liked rotating categories being the only use for a card).

Your gold has a POT (pay over time) option. It has to be enabled in the app/online. You may have a promotional APR if the card is new/newer. The other option would be another Amex card as they will not ding your credit file since you're already with them. The BBP (Blue Business Plus) comes with a limit and is pay over time - by default. That card gives 2 MR points for all spend and is a good compliment to the gold.
Beyond that, there are a ton of options and it really depends what kind of card you're after. (Points, cash back, etc)
