Lowe's wants me..

Lowe's gave me an approved offer in store at the bottom of a receipt.  I rec'd this at one store, took it home and thought about it for a few weeks, then went back into a different store to accept.  They couldn't process the authorization code from another store, so I just let it be.

Yesterday I got home and saw a Lowe's envelope.  The offer?  A 'whopping' TL - UP to 800.  I guess these people aren't tracking my purchases very well because I've spent almost 4k there over the past 2.5 months.  Included in the letter was a temporary paper card.

Has anyone rec'd this and been given a CLI upon activation?  I do not want another sub 1k TL, but I'm curious about the offer.  Since I'm blowing this one off, will the offers get better?

I'm not apping until at least September, so accepting the card is NOT an option.

Peas, my spouse has a Lowe's card and I LOVE it!

We have both them and Home Depot within 3 miles of each other. Lowe's is much further but I prefer them because of the customer service. MUCH better than H.D. But YMMV, depending on store.

I'm at a point where I want one. If you've got the chance, I'd say go for it girl!
