I jumped on chat to see if I could get an APR reduction, but it was stated that I have the lowest current APR! When I was approved, my APR was 15.74%.
Does anyone have a lower APR? I'm not losing sleep over it, as this is my lowest APR and highest CL.
I can promise you people have a lower APR than that.
Citi reps are the typically idiots that are usually outsourced and do what a computer tells them like they're robots. That final post in your picture is nothing more than a copy and paste message.
Lowest what they will offer "you" currently.. Other certainly have lower.

Not sure what the above poster's gripe is with CITI since not every account will have the offers available. It's all internally driven OP and most folks can get it lowered since there's much lower rates than what's typically approved. Of course, a lot depends on your internal profile with CITI, available offers and other factors.
I've had the Thank You Premier (AMEX) version for about 6 years and below is the current APR for both. So as CreditCuriosity mentioned, I'm sure there's other with similar or lower rates.

Yep. Now the trick is figuring out how to get the internal system to like you so you get those types of offers.

Thank you! This is the type of reply I was looking for! It's not a big deal, as I have only been in with Citi for 1 month. Reading the forums, I thought I would give it a try since I saw an increase to 15.99%. I paid off a $2,000 tab before statement closed.
I will try again when I see SP CLI language.
