Lowest APR

Hello everyone, I have been a member on here for a little while and enjoy the wealth information that is available just as with any forum on the net.  I was just curious what's the lowest rate on some of your cards.  I have a Capital One with a 4%.

My lowest is 8% with Barclays. May I ask how you got that APR? That's super low!

Mine is also currently 8% (Ring). I would drool over a 4% APR.

I'm in the military and part of their military program they reduce interest rates down to 4%.  They also paid me back all of the I interest that I've ever paid since I had the card.

USAA Rate Advantage Platinum MasterCard 6.90%
