Why don't you check Credit Pulls Database and go from there? You can compare your FICOs and other stats to others who have gotten approved.
I'm not sure. But they pulled experian. I've had card a year bat the time I was around 640-650 range. They gave me baby limit. 300. Still only 1k now as I don't use it. But I will keep it for the discounts. My experian over 700. But Im still fond if Macy's. So I would guess640 to be safe.

+1. We can't guess the score as everyones profile is different.
I actually got a card from them with scores in the high 500's. It was only 300 but hey I had to take it as I am rebuilding.

It seems like the low scores are ~600, but it does vary with credit profile. I was denied with a 680, because they were IIB. However, I was able to recon for approval (they wanted my BK to be 4 years out or more). if you really want the card, you might want to call the Macy's number in the "Backdoor Numbers" sticky thread.
Have you ever had any issues with Macy's or Bloomingdale's (BK, CO, etc.)?
I was in the 620 range when I got approved for $600.00 a good rule of thumb is 600+ but there are always other factors that come into play. Good luck in your credit journey!

How did you credit scores jump so high so fast?

I app'd online and they pulled Experian -- 621. I only had one other card - discvoer $250 - and was approved for $300, called to verify, and was told actual limit of 600.
