I carried a $ 3.56 balance over to the next billing cycle and was hit with a 2.00 interest charge on the next statement. I called (impossible to get a live person now) but you can finnagle your way through their system and have it removed although I am not sure if that is a one time courtesy (HIlarious word). Maybe it is legit but I think it is bad business.
When you apply for most credit cards theres a minimum interest charge, looking at Macy's terms it is, "Minimum Interest Charge, If you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $2."
