Well today is the 21st of the month and my macys limits combined last month like every one elses. Total limit 11.2k. However my bill was due on the 11th of september. and statement Closed on the 15th. I have checked every single report of mine and no where does it show my macys limit of 11.2k. I wonder if they are still keeping those limits hidden as it was when it was club and special account? Can anyone confirm that their new limits have reported to the CRA's??
my Macys has not reported anything since my July statement....no payments, credit limit , etc. Sent them secured message (twice) and they won't respond.
They did combine my limits and I took a HP to go from $7000 to $10,000. Kinda want it to show up!

Exactly. I'm just wondering if anyone can confirm. That their new limit is in their cr. so far no one. Not good.
Macy's hasn't updated since July on my CRs, either. Very strange.
I closed my Macy's, and kept open my Bloomingdale's, but neither of them has reported to credit bureaus since end of July either.
I called them both to see what the story was (figured it had to do with their systems update), and was told there would not be an update reported on my account until the October 26 statement. That is a really, really long time to wait for an update (with the last one being at end of July).
It would be nice if my Macy's account showed zero balance and closed by consumer as it has been for some time now, and would also be nice if my Bloomingdale's reflected a $1,200 payment I made in early August, as well as recent credit limit increases, but these won't be udpated with credit bureaus until end of October according to CS. Frustrating.
mine was increased in July as well and has not shown up yet. I did make a charge and it reported that but with the old CL. sigh...
Mine hasn't reported since they merged CL's either (which I went from a combined line of $12.8K to $24K with a HP on EQ) I'm wondering if you have to make a purchase for it to report the new CL to the CBs?

Purhcase not required for CLI to report - at least according to Bloomingdale's customer service when I just called. CS rep put me on hold and confirmed this with someone in the credit reporting area.

I don't think so. As i made pretty big purchase just in case. But i paid it off before the statement cut. and it still reported the old credit limit. Thats what got me to thinking that they are not reporting this month. ARGGG![]()
